Delete your account

How to delete it

1. Sign in, then open the You tab.
2. Go to Account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read what leaves and what stays, then choose Delete my account.

You are signed out of the device straight away. The deletion itself is immediate, not a queued request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in. You will not be able to sign in with it again.
• Your profile photo, your cover photos and the photos you added to pub walls.
• Your Night Memories, with every Moment and photo in them.
• The photos you sent in messages. The words you sent stay in the thread.
• The private details on your card: favourite drink, interests and workplace.

What stays

• Your handle stays reserved, so nobody else can take it.
• The prices you logged stay on the map, attributed to that handle.
• A founding member number stays yours. It is never given to anybody else.

A price is an observation other drinkers rely on, so it stays on the map under the handle that logged it. The handle itself is reserved for good, which is what stops the record naming somebody else later.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@pubmaxxing.com from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. We reply within 30 days, as the privacy notice says.
