Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall was opened by Queen Victoria in 1871 as part of a memorial to her husband Prince Albert, whose vision it fulfilled in South Kensington. The Grade I listed concert hall has hosted the BBC Proms every summer since 1941.
